Paola Jaime Saenz

Paola Jaime Saenz is an associate attorney at Lasater & Martin, P.C. Paola has seven years of litigation experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, health law, and general civil defense. Paola enjoys the challenge of legal advocacy, and finding creative solutions to the many difficult scenarios a client may face in the course of litigation. Paola believes in putting the client first and working closely with the client to successfully defend a lawsuit. She also believes in the importance of diversity in the legal profession, and the value that a diverse team can bring to a case. In 2023, Paola was recognized for her professional excellence in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, in the areas of commercial litigation and health law.

Work History

Prior to arriving in Colorado in 2023, Paola worked at a respected civil defense firm in New Mexico, where she honed her skills in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal court. During law school, Paola completed a judicial internship with The Honorable James O. Browning in the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico, as well as an internship at the U.S. E.E.O.C. Appellate Division in Washington D.C.
